SPICEJET
Founded in 2004 and commencing operations in 2005, SpiceJet has had its fair share of ups and downs ever since. Having hit rock bottom in mid 2014, the airline rebounded and turned around their their fortunes to be the best performing airline stock of 2017. Since that dramatic turnaround, SpiceJet has been one of the few carriers with consistent growth.

SpiceJet has a healthy fleet of 110+ aircraft which are a mix of the Boeing 737 and Bombardier Q400 with more than 250 on order. To capitalise on growth, they too require skilled, dedicated and disciplined pilots. Therefore, in mid 2019, SpiceJet started recruiting aspiring pilots for their Cadet Pilot Programme known as the "SpiceStar Academy".
What is the program outline?
The program outlines after the selection process, three phases:

SpiceJet also provides the option to attain all your pilot licenses with a corresponding degree, either BBA or MBA affiliated with Amity University.

What is the selection process?
